David L. Gilbert, CCIM
is President and Managing Principal of Penn Realty Advisors, Inc. He is a 40+ year veteran of real estate, finance and the securities industry. He was awarded the coveted CCIM professional designation by the CCIM Institute in 1980.
Dave is licensed in the State of Colorado and Pennsylvania as a real estate broker and is a Colorado licensed mortgage broker. He is also a member of the CCIM Partner network and is able to facilitate acquisition functions in most states thru the Partners network program.
Additionally, the firm accommodates IRC Section 1031 investors based upon asset and offering availabilities.
